We started our business in 1987 repairing Volvo’s in the North Park Area of San Diego. We specialized in Volvo 240’s and Volvo 740 and 760’s. The Volvo 240 was known as a brick on wheels, so we wanted to make sure these bricks kept running. Fixing the engine, transmission, turbo, suspension, brakes, we have done it all in these cars. We have taken them apart and put them back together.
Volvo is a Swedish car that has always been associated with being SAFE. The older Volvos were large, heavy, cars that were incredibly sturdy.
Today’s Volvo is a very elegant, luxurious, and still very safe car. Today’s Models S40 S60, S70 and S80 for wagons we have V40s and V70s, and their new SUV XC90 and XC60 resemble its older sibling but with more gadgets, curves, and computers. We pride ourselves on still knowing these cars inside and out.
